Elven Microcircuits Pvt LTD was founded in February 2006. It was promoted by serial entrepreneurs and technocrats. Facilitates in Pune and Bangalore. It acquired AMCC, India in April 2006 and C2Silicon in July 2006. Its a well funded technology venture backed by Aftek and is being merged to Aftek. It has representations in USA and Japan.
